Casa Gomez Recipe for the slightly warmer weather!

Pasta with Casa Gomez chorizo for 2.

Ingredients:

300g of cooked pasta

1 jar of Spicy or non-spicy Casa Gomez Spanish Pisto

20 whole green olives

30g of grated Grumpy Farmer goats cheese

80g of sliced chorizos from Casa Gomez

Small bunch of chopped parsley

Salt & pepper to taste.


Method:

Put the Casa Gomez Spanish Pisto in a large pan & heat whilst stirring. Add the cooked pasta,olives & Casa Gomez chorizos then stir.Cook for approximately 3 minutes.Finish with grated cheese,parsley, salt & pepper to your taste.
