Casa Gomez Ltd is back making our premium artisan chorizos and our website is open. Each batch of our premium artisan chorizos is tested for its pH and has to meet guidelines used for safety. Just one of the ways we make sure that they are safe. Of course taste is important and we use quality ingredients like the best Spanish paprika we use along with local quality ingredients.
