Spicy Chorizo
Our award winning premium artisan Spicy Spanish Chorizo lovingly made to our traditional family recipe with 160gms out door reared pork per 100gms of finished product. The judges at the Guild of Fine Food (2021) described perfectly what we intended to create. That the smoked spicy paprika does not overtake the flavours of the quality pork, garlic and herbs but 'compliments' it.
The Chorizo's are available in two different shapes long chorizo (1) or 'sausage' style (2).Due to the chorizos being hand made weight is approximate and therefore we may add a small chorizo to make the weight for the long chorizos.

Our chorizos have a use by date of approximately 8 weeks when un opened.On opening they should be kept chilled below 5 degree centigrades and will keep for up to 3 weeks.
